“FEASTING ON THE WORD”
We’ll meet in the Commons classroom at 7pm. Coffee will be available at 6:30pm. Gail Matthews from Bammel Road in Houston will be our speaker.
April speakers:
Barry Stephens (4/22)

“PRACTICING THE WAY”
Wednesday Night Class: April 15 & 22
7pm in the Chapel
John Mark Comer writes, “If we’re not being intentionally formed by Jesus himself, then it’s highly likely we are being unintentionally formed by someone or something else.” Using Comer’s book Practicing the Way, Hannah McNeill and Mic Biesboer will lead us through what it means to apprentice to Jesus. This is not a lecture-style class but will be more experiential—learning everyday practices that shape us more into the image of Christ. Our prayer is that the class is practical and formational. If you'd like the book to follow along, we'll have copies available on Wednesday. This is a book our elders and ministers have read, and we’ll be using it at Central going forward to focus on the “Live” portion of our vision.
*Our Children’s and Student Ministries are also meeting on Wednesday nights. See next page for details.
LADIES BIBLE CLASS
Join us Wednesday mornings at 10am in the Commons for our weekly Ladies Bible Class! If you have not yet participated, we would love to have you in our time of fellowship and study!
YOUNG AT HEART

LOST SOMETHING?
The Lost & Found closet is full of ‘lost’ items that need to be ‘found’. If you are missing a coat, shoes, Bible, insulated cup (There are many varieties and shapes!), please stop by the table in the southwest concourse area. These items want to go home!
PRAY WITH OUR ELDERS
Our elders and their wives want to pray with you. At the end of the service, you are invited to come to the front of the Worship Center and share your prayer requests with one of our elders.
SUNSHINERS LUNCHEON
Sunshiners Luncheon is TOMORROW, April 13, at 12noon in Sneed Hall! Cost: $5/person. Menu: steak tips or baked chicken, green beans, mashed potatoes, gravy, rolls, and cake.
CHILDREN'S MINISTRY NEWS
Join us for Wednesday nights this spring as we gather to dive deeper into our faith! Classes will be divided by age and each group will focus on age-appropriate content to help our kids know God better and apply what they are learning to their daily lives.
Nursery-Toddlers: Our littles will review their Bible lesson from Sunday morning class to help each story stick!
PreK-3rd Grade: This spring, our focus will be on the Armor of God! Through hands-on activities, discussion questions, and fun games, our kids will learn how God is our strength and protection.
Flight 45: Join us for a time of hangout and fellowship with friends, followed by a
project-based curriculum that will help our fourth and fifth grade students apply their faith in new and unique ways.
