As we begin a new year, would you like to be more attentive to God’s voice and work in your life? Tim McMenamy is a certified spiritual director and is available for spiritual direction for those desiring to draw closer to God. These sessions involve monthly one-on-one meetings focused on helping you deepen your relationship with God and increase an awareness of God’s presence and working in your life. Our elders and their wives want to pray with you. At the end of the service, you are invited to come to the front of the Worship Center and share your prayer requests with one of our elders.
CELEBRATION OF LIFE
On Sunday, February 8, during our regular worship service, we will have a time to honor, lament, and celebrate loved ones we have lost during 2025. Part of being in a church community is supporting one another in joy and in sorrow. If you have a loved one you would like to honor, please contact Elaine at elaine@amarillocentral.org or call, 806.373.4389, so we can include them in the service.
CHILDREN'S MINISTRY NEWS
We are so glad you are here today. We have an attended nursery located in the children’s area as well as age-appropriate activities for your toddler. We also have Children’s Worship for kiddos ages 4 years old – 2nd grade during the worship hour. Please feel free to ask any of our children’s ministry greeters for details if you need help in any of the age groups. If you would prefer to keep your children with you, we welcome them in this space. We have a family nursery on the south side of the building if you or your child need some privacy and quiet and a sensory room on the north side of the building if your child gets overstimulated. We are honored to have you today.
