MISSIONS IMPACT!
It is that time of year again when we turn our focus to local and global missions. We will celebrate these partnerships, and we encourage giving towards missions with a one-time gift or even a pledge to fulfill throughout the year. Celebrate God’s work through missions with us!
UPDATE ON OUR HOUSE, UKRAINE
Central has supported and still supports Tony Morrow and Our House in Ukraine for many years. However, you will see during Missions Impact that there are no budgeted funds for them in 2026. This is because they are taking some time to discern what their ministry needs are and what that mission work will look like going forward. Please keep Tony and Our House in your prayers.
THE PARC: WOVEN TOGETHER
Our local ministry partner, The PARC, is hosting a fundraiser on Saturday, October 4, at 6:30pm at the Amarillo Civic Center. For more details, see their website at theparc.net/events.
WEDNESDAY NIGHT CLASS
“AWE AND AMAZEMENT IN JESUS’ COMMUNITY”
Join us for the conclusion of the adult class on the topic of the “Awe and Amazement in Jesus’ Community.” Mike Robertson will be the speaker this Wednesday, September 24, in the Commons classroom from 7-8pm.
MAXWELL’S PUMPKIN FARM
Mark your calendar for Sunday, September 28, from 5-8pm and join in the fall fun for a night at Maxwell’s Pumpkin Farm! Cost: $10/person, children ages 2 and under are free. All proceeds from ticket sales* will be donated to Central Missions Impact.
*Sales close Sept. 25 at noon. There are 300 tickets available and all sales must be processed through the app. Wristband pick up will be Sept. 28 at the children’s check in desk.
LADIES BIBLE CLASS
Join us Wednesdays at 10am in the Commons for Ladies Bible Class! If you have not yet joined us, we would love to have you in our time of fellowship and study.
SUNSHINER’S LUNCHEON

BARN DANCE!
Join us for a barn dance on Friday, October 3, from 6:30pm-10:00pm at 15100 Halsey Trail (home of the Shepherds). Hamburger dinner will be served at 6:30pm with dancing & line dancing instruction from 7-10pm! Cost: $10 per person ages 18-99 (no kids please).
